Phase I and Phase II

OTS provides due deligence services that include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for clients that are selling or refiancing properties. Phase I ESAs are prepared in accordance with the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) E1527 Practice, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I ESA Process and Phase II ESAs are coducted in accordance witht the ASTM E1903 Practice.
